Compressed air wind direction switch "VA409"
This is a switch for detecting the flow direction of compressed air or gas.
The VA409 thermal wind direction switch is a device designed to detect the flow direction of compressed air or gas, particularly in closed-loop circulation piping lines. By using the VA409, which has a wind direction display function, the wind direction of compressed air can be detected safely and quickly. Compared to traditional mechanical paddle wind direction switches, the VA409 can rapidly detect even slight changes in wind direction without any mechanical movement. Wind direction information is transmitted via potential-free contacts (normally closed, max. 60VDC, 0.5A) to flow sensors VA400/VA420 or individual building management systems (mbs). Additionally, the wind direction is indicated by two LEDs.
